We believe that learning takes place best in community. We can learn from our teachers and from each other and at BTH we can also teach our teachers as we are big advocates of reverse coaching! We come into the space sharing a desire to learn and grow.

The beauty of our community is that we will have a ready supply of people who will come from time to time to share specific experiences. Being in Barcelona also gives us access to the creative startup sector there and we will regularly welcome special guests who can share insights and inspire.
